Since our aim and our philosophy are to make products which provide the best possible performance, we have to use the best available materials.
Body:
The body is 3d printed Titanium(Ti6Al4V) or Aluminum (AlSi10Mg). We chose those two materials because they are very rigid and also non magnetic materials. Due to the complexity and the required accuracy of the body design, we had to use the best quality, latest technology 3d metal printers to satisfy those requirements.
Cantilever:
We used two different materials for the cantilever: Ruby and boron. Both of them are extremely rigid and they can transfer the vibrations to the coils accurately. Learn more about our cantilevers
Coils:
The coils are made of a very fine, much thinner than a human hair, high purity copper wire.
Connection PINS:
The pins are made of high quality golden plated nickel. The thickness of the golden layer shows the quality of the connection that can be achieved, which is very high in our pins at 20u.
Diamond tip:
